Step 1:  Select    Tools > Internet Options




Step 2:  Select the "Privacy" tab




Note:  The default privacy setting is "Medium High"




Step 3:  Scroll down to "Accept All Cookies" and select "Apply"




Step 4:  Select the "General" tab and click "Delete Cookies"




Step 5:  Confirm "OK" to delete all cookies. (These are just "temporary" files. Deleting them will not harm the operation of your computer)




Step 6:  Close all open Internet Explorer windows.

Step 7:  Open a new Internet Explorer window.

Step 8:  Go to www.carmate.com and try to login again.

Please make sure you perform all of the above steps in the correct order.
